Team
Dr. Marc Schulten
As a shareholder and founding partner, Dr. Marc Schulten has years of restructuring expertise and an established network with nursing home operators throughout Germany as well as various institutional investors in the industry. In addition, before becoming a shareholder and board member of FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG, Mr Schulten was CEO/CFO and senior consultant for several well-known German real estate companies.
Wolfgang Harmuth
As a founding partner and shareholder of Careforce Real Estate GmbH, Wolfgang Harmuth was previously CEO of various companies in the financing, real estate and construction sectors. He also served as a member of three supervisory boards.
Andreas Herdan
As Managing Director of Careforce Real Estate GmbH, Andreas Herdan is responsible for real estate and financing. In addition, Mr Herdan has a wealth of market knowledge in the field of care and healthcare real estate and previously worked as managing director of various capital market companies and in various management functions.
Manfred Müntjes
As Managing Director of Careforce Real Estate GmbH, Manfred Müntjes is essentially responsible for the conceptual development of the locations, the search for operators and contract management in this area. With more than three decades of experience in the care sector, Mr Müntjes previously held positions including Head of Operations at CURATA Care Holding GmbH and Managing Director of several subsidiaries of Deutsche Wohnen SE specialising in care, as well as a management position at Kursana.
Morten Olesen
As a CFA charterholder, Mr. Olesen has been responsible for business development, acquisition management and strategic partnerships as well as parts of the financing of FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG for many years and now also supports Careforce Real Estate GmbH in the alignment of its strategic goals.
Sascia Valkier
Sascia Valkier, LLM Real Estate Law, is the transaction manager responsible for all real estate acquisitions in the context of share and asset deals of the group. Previously, Ms Valkier was, among other things, authorised signatory and Head of Transaction Management at Avia Rent Invest AG.
Lea Chaouat
Lea Chaouat supports the real estate acquisition processes of Careforce Real Estate GmbH and also works as an asset manager for FFIRE Immobilienverwaltung AG. Previously, as an investment analyst at element Real Estate, she was responsible for the entire transaction support of French institutional investors. This included due dillegence reviews - mainly in the healthcare sector - and the preparation of documents for the investment committee.
Frank Darnstädt
Frank Darnstädt is responsible in an advisory capacity for Careforce Real Estate GmbH in the area of process management and the dynamisation of negotiations with potential exit partners. Mr Darnstädt has extensive experience in asset and transaction management and has gained extensive knowledge in the nursing home segment in recent years.
